What Flash Services collects, why it is needed to deliver an order, and how to get it back or removed.

We collect what an order needs to be delivered, and what keeps accounts and payments safe.
Details you give us
- Email address and display name on your Flash Services account
- Account, character or item details you send with a service order
- Messages, screenshots and attachments in Discord tickets
- Payment confirms and the wallet address or method you paid with
Details we record automatically
- IP address, browser and device type
- Pages you visit on this site and how you arrived
- Session and security cookies, described in our cookie policy
02How we use it
We use your information to run the marketplace: to deliver the order you placed, to answer you when you get in touch, and to keep the order record straight if anything is disputed.

- Support, progress updates and dispute resolution
- Fraud and abuse prevention, and account security
- Complying with the law where it applies to us
03Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
We share only what is necessary with the providers that make the marketplace work — hosting, our database, and the payment processors that handle a payment. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our staff and buyers from fraud.
04Keeping it safe
Access to order data is limited to the staff who need it, payments are handled by specialist processors rather than stored on this site, and sessions are protected by the authentication cookies described in the cookie policy.
No system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell the affected accounts directly.
05Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Open a support ticket in our Discord server and a staff member will handle the request.
Deleting an account also deletes the order history attached to it, which may limit what we can do about an older order.
06How long we keep it
Order records are kept while your account is open, and for a short period afterwards so that disputes and chargebacks can still be resolved. Automatic browser and session data expires on the schedule set out in the cookie policy.
