Rules for Flash Services trades, Discord tickets, payments, and account sales.
Please read the following terms carefully before using our services:
By engaging with Flash Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
General agreement
By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service in full.
Payments
All payments must be made up front and are accepted only by official Flash Services payment staff through our Discord server.
Anyone else claiming to be affiliated with Flash Services and requesting payment is attempting to scam you.
We will not issue refunds if you are scammed by an impostor. To avoid this, ensure you are communicating directly with official Flash Services staff only.
The safest way to contact us is by opening a support ticket in our Discord server.
Ordering with us
We are not liable for any bans, mutes, or penalties incurred during or after service completion.
We are not liable for accidental level gains in attack or defense. While we assign experienced workers to all accounts, ordering services is at your own risk. This applies especially to Hardcore Ironman (HCIM) accounts.
Refunds are not provided once payment has been completed.
Account security
Before and after ordering, review your linked accounts and change your bank PIN regularly for added security.
After service completion, you are responsible for changing your account password immediately.
Account sales
We take responsibility for any account sold on our Discord server for one (1) month, in accordance with Sythe's rules.
After this 1‑month period, we are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or hacks under any circumstances.
Once an account has been sold, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Progress updates
We require all workers to provide daily progress updates to ensure transparency and communication.

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
